   In this privacy policy we explain how we collect and use your personal information. By using our software, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. We may update our Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our information practices. If changes to the privacy policy are made, this will be announced on the website for at least 7 days after the changes are made. The latest date of revision will be displayed at the bottom of the privacy policy.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

   Through the in-app registration process, you provide us with your e-mail address, and in case you choose to sign in via Google or Apple, also with your name.
   When you use the Macco Lingui app, you will submit information on your progress.
   In case you choose to add a teacher in the “digital classroom”, your teacher will be able to see your progress and e-mail address as well.

   Through the order forms on our website, you may provide us with your name and email address, home or work address and order details.
   We store this information so that we can process your order and contact you regarding your order.

   We do not share your personal information with third-parties unless it is required by law.

3. USE OF INFORMATION OBTAINED BY MACCO

   Your account information is solely used so that you – and any teachers added in the “digital classroom” – can track your progress.
   The information from order forms on our website is solely used for the purpose of contacting you with information or inquiries regarding your order, or to provide you with news or promotional information in case you opted in for the newsletter.

4. SHARING YOUR PERSONALLY-IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES

   Macco does not share your information with third parties unless it is required by law.

5. UPDATING OR DELETING YOUR PERSONALLY-IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

   You have at all times the right to request us to delete your account information or change your account details. This can be requested directly in the “Settings” page of the mobile Macco Lingui app, or can be requested via email to info@macco.nl. Changes will be processed with a maximum processing time of 7 business days.

6. LINKS

   Our website and apps may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites. The privacy policy on this page only applies to information collected by Macco through our website or apps.

7. INFORMATION SECURITY

   Macco has implemented safeguards it believes are sufficient to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your account information and order details. However, we believe that a determined attacker with sufficient resources could defeat those safeguards and may, as a result, gain access to the information we seek to protect.
